Unauthenticated service interruption via request overload
Published Oct 8, 2024 · Updated Nov 21, 2024
Denial of service in Rockwell Automation PowerFlex 6000T 8.001, 8.002, and 9.001 allows remote attackers to interrupt the drive. The drive fails to handle an excessive request load and becomes unavailable, but Rockwell Automation has not disclosed the request type or processing locus. No authentication or user interaction is required, and recovery can require a power cycle if connectivity does not return.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
