Arbitrary file read via HSQLDB queries

Local file inclusion in ManageEngine Analytics Plus before 5410 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. An HSQLDB query accepts file-access keywords such as load_file without adequate restrictions, causing the server to return local file contents. A valid application account and access to HSQLDB query functionality are required; exposed data includes system files and configuration settings.
