Service exhaustion via malformed multipart boundaries

Uncontrolled resource consumption in BentoML 1.4.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via malformed HTTP requests. The BytesIOFile request path passes multipart/form-data bodies to request.form(), where trailing dashes on the boundary are processed continuously without a terminating limit. No authentication or user interaction is required; a reachable file-upload API can consume excessive server resources until other users lose service.
