Browser script execution via unescaped import error

Cross-site scripting in RuoYi 4.7.0 through 4.7.9 allows context-dependent attackers to execute script through an imported login name. SysUserServiceImpl inserts loginName directly into an HTML import-failure message when bean validation rejects a spreadsheet row, and the browser renders the value without escaping. An authenticated operator with the system:user:import permission must import the crafted file; the script then runs in that operator's RuoYi origin and session.
