Unauthenticated SQL injection via concatenated signup email

SQL injection in SourceCodester Best House Rental Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries through signup. The signup function in admin_class.php directly concatenates the email form value into its SQL statement, enabling time-delay expressions. The public proof of concept requires no account and demonstrates blind database-query execution through a six-second delay.
