Stored XSS via unsanitized task comments
Published Sep 20, 2024 · Updated Sep 20, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in CodeCanyon CRMGo SaaS 7.0 through 7.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via task comments. The /project/task/{task_id}/show processing fails to neutralize the comment value before returning it in page content. A low-privileged account can plant code that runs when another user views the affected task page, altering its content and exposing browser-accessible data.
