Stored script execution via unsanitized deal notes
Published Sep 20, 2024 · Updated Sep 20, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in CodeCanyon CRMGo SaaS 7.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through deal notes. The /deal/{note_id}/note endpoint fails to neutralize the notes argument before storing and rendering it as browser content. Low-privileged access is required to submit a note, and execution requires another user to view it, exposing or altering data available in that user's browser session.
