Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked download key
Published May 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
IDOR in PeepSo File Uploads 6.4.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to download files uploaded by other users via a REST endpoint. The file_download endpoint accepts a user-controlled file key without validating that the requester is authorized to access the referenced upload. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded impact is disclosure of files that other users uploaded.
