Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized NTP address

OS command injection in PTZOptics PT30X-SDI and PT30X-NDI before 6.3.40 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The v600_hi3516a ntp_client_run logic concatenates the ntp_addr configuration value into a shell command passed to system() without sanitization. Exploitation alone requires administrative access; chaining CVE-2024-8956 removes authentication and grants remote control of the camera operating system.
