Authenticated code execution via calculator eval
Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025
Code injection in Composio SDK before 0.5.43 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a calculator expression. The Calculator.execute method passes the request operation string directly to Python eval, allowing non-mathematical expressions to invoke arbitrary Python functionality. Reachability requires access to invoke the mathematical calculator action, and successful exploitation runs code with the privileges of the hosting process.
