Authentication bypass via untrusted JWT signer

Authentication bypass in AWS ALB Route Directive Adapter for Istio 1.0 and 1.1 allows remote attackers to spoof OIDC sessions with a JWT. HandleAuthzadaptor derives a public-key URL from attacker-controlled signer and kid headers, verifies the JWT with the retrieved key, and never checks the signer ARN or issuer against the configured ALB. Exploitation requires direct Internet reachability to an ALB target and grants access under the email identity asserted in the forged federated session.
