Measurement-log manipulation via injectable CGI parameters
Published Sep 24, 2024 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
SQL injection in Riello UPS NetMan 204 through 4.05 allows remote attackers to read or modify measurement logs through its web interface. Three unauthenticated CGI endpoints pass crafted type values into SQLite queries without neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is arbitrary modification of collected log data rather than control of the UPS.
