Reflected XSS via unescaped media-filter URL
Published Nov 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in PeproDev WooCommerce Receipt Uploader 2.6.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts via a crafted URL. The enqueue_admin_script method copies the request-derived URL from add_query_arg into an inline-script href without URL or attribute escaping. An attacker needs no account but must convince a WordPress administrator to open the crafted media-library URL, enabling actions in that user's session.
