Improper access control in OMFLOW 1.1.6.0 through 1.2.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator control. The system settings modification function accepts requests from regular accounts, permitting settings changes and creation of administrator accounts. A regular authenticated account and network access to the server are required; successful exploitation grants control of the OMFLOW server.
