Service interruption via extended multipart boundaries

Denial of service in ParisNeo LoLLMs WebUI V12 allows remote attackers to interrupt the service through cross-site requests. The /upload_avatar, /upload_app, and /upload_logo endpoints parse attacker-extended multipart boundaries byte by byte even when CSRF protection rejects the upload. An attacker must induce user interaction that sends the crafted request to a reachable instance; repeated parsing exhausts server resources and makes the interface unavailable.
