Stored XSS in the Top Navigator Bar block in Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors’ browsers. The concrete/blocks/top_navigation_bar/view.php template emits administrator-controlled branding text and navigation item names without HTML escaping. An administrator must save the payload, and a targeted user must visit the home page; execution is confined to the visitor’s browser context.
