Unauthenticated database upgrade via missing capability check

Missing authorization in the myCred WordPress plugin 2.7.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to upgrade an outdated database. The mycred_update_database() function accepts the upgrade action without checking whether the requester has the required capability. No account or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to applying the plugin database upgrade.
