Stored XSS in GitLab CE/EE 16 before 17.3.7, 17.4 before 17.4.4, and 17.5 before 17.5.2 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript. The Top Pages visualization accepts attacker-spoofed analytics metrics and renders their javascript URL as a clickable link without restricting it to safe schemes. Exploitation requires Product Analytics, a victim click, and a self-managed instance whose CSP does not block the payload, exposing browser-accessible data and actions.
