Account takeover via traversing Harbor artifact links

Client-side path traversal in affected GitLab releases allows remote authenticated users to leak a victim's CSRF token. The Harbor artifact-link builder inserts an unencoded repository name into an Axios request path, so traversal segments reach a release redirect and carry the CSRF header off-site. Exploitation requires self-managed GitLab with Harbor enabled and a victim to click the crafted artifact link; the stolen token supports account takeover through forged requests.
