SSRF in GitLab EE allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources through a custom Maven Dependency Proxy URL. GitLab Workhorse follows redirects from the user-supplied Maven upstream to internal addresses and returns the fetched response. Exploitation requires permission to configure the project's Maven proxy and invoke its authenticated package endpoint.
