Unauthenticated reply disclosure via missing capability checks

Missing authorization in KB Support 1.6.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to read any ticket reply and mark any reply as read. The kbs_ajax_load_front_end_replies and kbs_ajax_mark_reply_as_read handlers process unauthenticated AJAX requests without checking a caller capability before fetching replies or updating read state. No account is required, so exposed WordPress sites permit disclosure of ticket conversations and unauthorized changes to reply-read status.
