Administrator account creation via missing authentication
Published Sep 9, 2024 · Updated Feb 21, 2025
Missing authentication in Learning Digital Orca HCM before 11.0 allows remote attackers to create and access administrator accounts. The administrator-account creation functionality accepts unauthenticated requests without enforcing an authentication check. No existing account or user interaction is required, and the resulting credentials grant administrative access to the HCM platform.
