Arbitrary file disclosure via unsanitized workflow filename
Published Feb 10, 2025 · Updated Feb 10, 2025
Path traversal in AgentScope 0.0.4 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the /load-workflow endpoint. The endpoint passes the attacker-controlled filename to os.path.join without rejecting traversal components, allowing resolution outside the workflow directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the AgentScope service process.
