CVE-2024-8535Network attack vector

Authenticated access to unintended user capabilities

Published Nov 12, 2024 · Updated Nov 21, 2024

Expected behavior violation in NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway allows remote authenticated users to access unintended user capabilities. Cloud Software Group has not disclosed the faulty code path or operation that grants those capabilities. Exposure requires a Gateway or AAA virtual server configured with a KCDAccount for Kerberos SSO to backend resources; the bounded consequence is unauthorized use of capabilities available through that delegated context.
