Script execution via unsanitized manual parameter

Reflected XSS in Wavelog Live QSO 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser via manual. The Qso::index handler processes the manual GET parameter through a legacy input-cleaning path that fails to neutralize crafted content before the Live QSO response uses it. A victim must open an attacker-controlled URL; the injected script then executes in that browser under the application's origin.
