Application crash via malformed project file
Published Oct 8, 2024 · Updated Oct 8, 2024
Improper input validation in Schneider Electric Zelio Soft 2 before 5.4.2.2 allows attackers to crash the application via a crafted project file. The project-file parser accepts malformed input without sufficient validation, and processing that input terminates the application. An application user must load the file; the vendor has not disclosed the malformed field or validation operation, and the reported consequence is limited to a crash.
