Local privilege escalation via custom-path ACLs

Incorrect permissions in Ivanti Workspace Control before 10.18.40.0 allow local users to gain elevated privileges through a custom install path. The installer fails to set proper ACLs on a user-chosen application directory, leaving the installation under insufficient access controls. Exploitation requires local authenticated access and a custom installation directory, and results in local privilege escalation.
