Stored XSS in AYS Pro Plugins Survey Maker allows remote authenticated users with administrator privileges to inject scripts into survey fields. The plugin stores administrator-supplied survey-field content without sufficient sanitization and renders it without output escaping. Reachability is limited to multisite installations or sites with unfiltered_html disabled; stored script runs when a user opens the injected page.
