Cross-site scripting in PHPGurukul Job Portal 1.0 allows remote attackers to steal authenticated users' session details via crafted requests. The process.php endpoint renders user-controlled JOBID and USERNAME parameter values without sufficient output encoding, permitting script injection. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to interact with the injected content; script execution in that user's browser exposes session details and can alter page data.
