Improper authentication attempt restriction in Windmill 1.380.0 allows remote attackers to brute-force API tokens over HTTP. Token and scoped-token request handlers immediately return unauthorized responses without counting or delaying failed guesses, permitting high-rate attempts. No prior account is required, but successful exploitation depends on guessing a valid token and exposes only data accessible through that token.
