SNMPv3 credential disclosure via plaintext configuration storage

Cleartext credential storage in PLANET GS-4210 switches allows remote authenticated users to read SNMPv3 passwords from configuration files. The affected firmware writes SNMPv3 account passwords into configuration files without encryption, leaving the credentials directly readable when those files are retrieved. Administrator privileges are required to obtain the configuration file; the documented consequence is disclosure of reusable SNMPv3 credentials.
