Subscriber-level settings modification via missing capability checks

Missing authorization in WP Shuffle Frontend Post Submission Manager Lite 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter settings and forms. The save_global_settings and process_form_edit handlers process update requests without checking the caller's required WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to persist unauthorized plugin configuration and form changes.
