User redirection via unchecked next parameter

Open redirect in Shakal-NG 1.3.0 through 1.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to send browsers to untrusted sites via a crafted next parameter. Comment reply, watch, and forget handlers pass the unvalidated GET or POST value directly to HttpResponseRedirect instead of restricting it to the request host and scheme. Access to the affected discussion functions is required, and successful use can direct a browser to a phishing or other attacker-controlled site.
