Arbitrary file creation in PaperCut NG/MF before 23.0.9 allows local users to exhaust disk space on Windows Web Print servers. The pc-web-print service follows an attacker-created junction and directs web-print.exe to create a file in a service-controlled location. Low-privilege code execution on the host and an enabled Web Print Server service are required; repeated file creation fills the disk and interrupts service.
