Arbitrary file deletion in PaperCut NG/MF allows local users to delete files through Web Print on affected Windows servers. The Web Print cleanup workflow follows attacker-controlled links placed in the shared web-print-hot-folder when it deletes transient job files. Exploitation requires Web Print on the application server and non-administrative local login access; deletion is limited to files reachable by the service account.
