Device denial of service via SHA2/224 assertion

Reachable assertion in Silicon Labs WiSeConnect SDK 3.3.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash SiWx91x devices via SHA2/224. The SHA2/224 implementation returns a 256-bit digest instead of 224 bits, and the resulting length mismatch triggers a software assertion. No privileges or user interaction are required; a watchdog restarts the device, while systems without one remain unavailable until a hard reset.
