Unauthenticated login bypass via username SQL injection

SQL injection in SourceCodester Electric Billing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass login via a crafted username. The Actions.php login handler places the unfiltered username value directly into a database query, so a tautological payload changes its logic. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants administrative application access.
