Authenticated SQL injection via unfiltered connection code
Published Aug 30, 2024 · Updated Aug 30, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Electric Billing Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read SQLite data via code. The public tracks handler passes the unfiltered code query parameter into a database statement, and a UNION SELECT payload returns sqlite_version(). A valid application session is required; the demonstrated consequence is database query manipulation and disclosure, not host command execution.
