CVE-2024-8326Network attack vector

Sensitive data disclosure via under-validated s2Get attributes

Published Dec 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Sensitive information exposure in s2Member 241114 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose user and database data. The sc_get_details handler renders values selected by s2Get shortcode attributes without sufficiently restricting access to internal constants and user fields. Contributor-level access is enough to invoke the shortcode; disclosed database configuration can enable direct reading, updating, or deletion of tables.
