CVE-2024-8251Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Query disclosure via unvalidated Prisma filter object

Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025

Prisma injection in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM before 1.2.2 allows remote attackers to read embedded-chat users' queries. The canRespond middleware accepts an object-valued sessionId, which EmbedChats passes directly into a Prisma findMany where clause instead of a scalar identifier. The public embed endpoint requires no account, and a crafted not condition returns stored queries associated with other sessions.
