Authenticated server file write via unchecked profile upload

Arbitrary file upload in FluxBuilder MStore API 4.15.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write non-PHP files to the server. The update_user_profile() path stores profile uploads without first validating their file type in the affected releases. Subscriber access is sufficient, and public registration can supply an account; PHP uploads remain blocked, so code execution requires a separate chain.
