Daemon crash via zero-length interface list serialization

NULL-pointer dereference in libvirt 10.4.0 through 10.6.0 allows local users to crash virtinterfaced over its read-only socket. udevListInterfacesByStatus treats a zero-length names array as a request to count interfaces, causing RPC code to serialize a NULL list with a nonzero declared length. Any unprivileged client able to connect to the read-only socket can interrupt interface-management service without modifying configuration.
