Published Sep 28, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in WP MultiTasking – WP Utilities 0.1.17 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via wpmt_menu_name. The plugin stores the wpmt_menu_name value without sufficient sanitization and later renders it without output escaping in a page. Administrator-level access is required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
