Cross-site scripting via unescaped child-item titles

Cross-site scripting in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser through child-item search. The formatResults method passes an attacker-controlled child-item title through the highlighter and into v-safe-html instead of HTML-escaping it. Exploitation requires a self-hosted instance without an effective CSP, Firefox or Safari, and a victim who opens the existing-task picker; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in that victim's GitLab origin.
