Unauthenticated administrative access via whitelist confusion
Published Aug 27, 2024 · Updated Sep 6, 2024
Authentication bypass in Flowise before 2.0.6 allows remote attackers to access administrative API endpoints without credentials. The published proof appends /api/v1/ping as a query string to /api/v1/apikey, causing the whitelist check to serve the protected API-key route without authorization. A network-reachable instance can consequently disclose stored API keys and expose other restricted administrator functionality.
