Authenticated code execution via arbitrary PHP file write
Published Aug 26, 2024 · Updated Aug 26, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in Ruijie Networks RG-EG2000K 11.1(6)B2 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. The download controller's save action accepts attacker-controlled content and file parameters and writes the supplied PHP payload as tool/content.php. Administrative access to the web interface is required; the written PHP file executes in the gateway's web context and can interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
