Authenticated command execution via unneutralized f_path

OS command injection in D-Link NAS and NVR firmware version 20240814 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via an HTTP POST. The webdav_mgr function in /cgi-bin/webdav_mgr.cgi uses the f_path request value in a command context without neutralizing command syntax. A low-privileged session reaches the handler, and injected commands can read or alter stored data or interrupt appliance services.
