Authenticated command injection via module name parameter

Command injection in D-Link NAS and NVR appliances at version 20240814 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. The module_enable_disable function in /cgi-bin/apkg_mgr.cgi passes the f_module_name POST value into a shell command without neutralizing command separators. A valid web-management session is required, and injected commands run with the appliance process's privileges, allowing data access, configuration changes, or service interruption.
