Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 20, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Ionut Staicu Ntz Antispam 2.0e and earlier allows remote attackers to change plugin settings via a forged request. The settings handler at wp-admin/options-general.php?page=ntz_antispam_settings accepts ntz_do=save POST submissions without validating a CSRF token. An administrator must open attacker-controlled HTML while authenticated, after which submitted settings are saved with the administrator's privileges.
