Service hang via unbounded multipart boundary processing

Resource exhaustion in Onyx 0.3.94 allows remote attackers to hang the application with one malformed multipart upload request. The multipart parser continuously processes each character appended to an oversized malformed boundary instead of bounding the work. No authentication or user interaction is required, and one crafted request makes the server inaccessible to every user.
